Spying softs or startup programs you can't uninstall?

If you have such problems do the following steps:

• restart your computer
• tap the F8 key until the Windows Advanced Boot Options Menu appears
• select the start in Safe Mode option
• press Enter
• now you can delete or uninstall what you want, the error "the file is in use" won't appear
