- use emoticons like :), :(, :|, :D, :)), :((, :*, :p, :h and so on... you can select them from the down left corner of any instant message window...
- personalize your display image by selecting My Display Image from the Messenger menu point and selecting a personal photo.
- sign in as invisible if you don't want others to see you (check the appropriate box when signing in)
- use stealth settings to personalize your appearance to contacts one by one by right clicking on a contact and selecting the stealth settings option
- share your mood by writing a status message near your own display image that everybody can see
- create conferences to talk in groups by selecting the invite to conference option from the actions menu point
- send offline messages to contacts who are not online buy simply sending an instant message to them (they will get your message when they sign in the next time)
- use the call button to speak with a contact through microphone and headphones or speakers
